- Fomer EarthCore Mining Company LLC CEO Barbra Kovacich today made
a brief statement regarding a pending fiction novel that uses the EarthCore
name.
"We're very
upset that a work of fiction casts a bad light on my company,"
said Kovacich. "The book has nothing to do with the great history
EarthCore accumulated before going out of business. The author never
contacted meor asked for permission to use the company name. I deny
any association with the content of the book, including the contents,
characters and situations."
Because EarthCore
is no longer in business, Kovacich is not pursuing legal action. Kovacich
is not available for any interviews or further comments.
